The Electric DEBONDERS provide a low profile and compact design that allows close proximity ungluing in complex piping systems. The continuous power supply allows for continuous debonding of many fittings (of various sizes and schedules) in succession. The products are Small and Mid-size DEBONDERS for 3/4″ to 6″ pipe.

The Small and Mid-size DEBONDERS, powered by electricity, significantly simplify plastic pipe repairs. Designed for the smaller pipe sizes, the DEBONDERS are ideal for fixing a multitude of repairs or installation mistakes. Often limited access makes it difficult, time-consuming or expensive to fix leaks or make repairs by replacing fittings. The Small and Mid-size DEBONDERS allow for ungluing and extracting the broken pipe saving the fitting, valves, manifolds, etc. and saving significant time in the process.
All of the materials, sizes and schedules are pre-programmed into the controller. You simply key in what you need, press START and insert the tool. The DEBONDER then does its magic applying accurately programmed radiant heat based on the pipe size and thickness. At the end of the cycle, remove the DEBONDER and use the extraction tool to remove the broken pipe. It’s as simple as that.

Upon plugging in the power cord, the control panel prompts you to select the type, schedule and the size of the pipe. Then press “START” to begin the cycle. It’s that simple. - Centering Design
The centering design enables the heating elements to be centered for safe and effective debonding without scorching the wall of the pipe. - Patented Extraction Tool & Process
Pipe Debonder’s extraction tools allows you to remove the softened broken pipe with a simple twist of the wrist. The Small and Mid-size DEBONDERS each have a specific extraction tool.

We purchased the Debonder to perform a large Boiler re-plumb for the Water Park. We had 22, 2½ inch CPVC tru-union check valves in the system. The cost to replace these valves would have been over $6600.00. By purchasing the Debonder and reusing the valves, we paid for the Debonder, many times over.
Out of 22 valves we reused 22.
Since this purchase, we have used the Debonder all over both parks, and at our Waste Water Treatment plant.
